Today we introduce a new espresso, Old School Espresso.

Dark chocolate fragrance with rich flavours of cocoa, caramel and molasses.

This is the fourth espresso in our line up, and we are very excited with how it turned out. Its perfect for those who prefer low acidity and full body in the cup.

Old School tastes optimal at slightly different parameters than our other espressos. These are our recommendations (using an 18g VST precision filter basket):

  • 18 grams of freshly ground coffee
  • Timer for 28 seconds
  • Pull 25-27 grams of liquid espresso
  • Grouphead at 200-201° F 
  • 9 bars of pressure
