The farm named San Juan is located in the slopes of the mountains of San Juan Gascon and Magdalena Milpas Atlas in Antigua Guatemala. Luis Pedro Zelaya takes care of the management of the farm and the coffee processing at his mill Beneficio Bella Vista. Here, the coffee undergoes a traditional wet processing with pulping and fermentation. At Bella Vista, attention is kept to cleanliness and we chose this particular coffee by blending together several day lots from San Juan’s production of the Caturra variety.

Tropical fruit aromas, soft texture and raspberry acidity, with flavours of peaches, vanilla, and dark chocolate.
