All our coffees are roasted locally by Master Roaster Michael Piccolo in Burnaby, BC at 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters®. If you have a special request for some rare coffees not specified on our menu please email info@49thparallelroasters.com

Note: Shipping Policy
We ship daily, Monday to Friday. All orders received by midnight, will be shipped the next day. Upon shipping, you will be emailed a tracking number to follow your shipment. All shipments are made with UPS, and your location will determine length of shipment. UPS shipping times are based on metropolitan areas. Residential and rural areas are sometimes later.

To reduce shipping costs: shipping for 1-3 bags is the same, a fourth bag is marginally more.

Incredibly floral with subtle rose and honeysuckle aromatics on the nose. Crisp berry characteristics shine through with notes of honey and lemon-lime. This is a sweet and fresh tasting coffee with a creamy texture that is classic to the regions sought after profile.

Produced in the Gedeo sub-region of Yergacheffe at an altitude of 1800-2300 meters, this wet-processed coffee is a mixture of traditional Ethiopian varietals and is certified Organic and Fair-Trade.

Costa Rica Don Mayo San Francisco 1900m

An impressively full bodied and complex coffee that has a buttery texture and lush acidity. The rich, caramel sweetness along with subtle cherry and cocoa are complimented by a gentle lavender in the finish.

Produced by Hector Bonilla and his family at Don Mayo Estate in the San Marcos micro-region in Tarrazú, this washed and sun dried coffee is grown at an altitude of 1900 meters and is 100% Caturra varietal.

Guatemala Los Espíritus

Engaging flavours of chocolate, anise, and orange with complex acidity, creamy texture and smooth butterscotch finish.

Produced in the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala, this Pacamara varietal is grown at an altitude of 1500 meters, is wet-processed and sun-dried on patios.

Panama Mama Cata Estate

A sweet and sparkling Central American coffee that is punctuated by its lively acidity, smooth hazelnut and milk chocolate flavour. This Caturra varietal is produced in the Alto Quiel micro-region
in the famous Boquete region. It is wet-processed and patio dried, and grown at an altitude of 1650 meters in volcanic soil.

Kenya Wamuguma

This Kenyan offering is crisp and complex with honey sweetness, citrus acidity and a syrupy texture. The soft floral aroma is accompanied by characteristics of black currant and lemon.

Produced by the Ritho Co-operative located on the slopes of the Aberdare Mountains, this fully washed and patio dried lot is grown at an altitude of 1600 meters and consists of two varietals, SL 28 and SL 34.

Organic Ethiopia Sidamo Adem Bedane

This coffee was grown in the red clay soils of the Bonko farm located in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Bonko farm consists of 300 farmers with an average farm size of 1 hectare. The farm is certified organic, shade grown and vacuum packaged at origin.

Raspberry, sweet apricot and a base of cocoa. Favourable acidity that is in balance with the rich texture. Sweet, refreshing and clean.
