Ethiopia Yirgacheffe |
This floral offering is sweet with bright acidity and a smooth texture. It is rich and balanced with
lemon and black tea flavours and a juicy finish.
Ethiopia has recently gone through a setback resulting in many coffees from this celebrated coffee
origin having very little to no traceability. Unfortunately no information on where this lot originated is
available. Despite this step backwards, we continue to search for Ethiopian coffees as they continue
to shine in their exceptional quality and unique flavour profile.
